Members of the research groups led by Florian Kraus from Marburg, Claudia Wickleder from Siegen, Mathias S. Wickleder from Cologne, and Jörn Bruns from Berlin gathered at the Burg Stahleck youth hostel in Bacharach. During the meeting, presentations were given on challenging syntheses, with each group sharing its latest progress. Targeted discussions highlighted the latest advancements in luminescent materials related to f-elements, sulfate chemistry, and (pseudo)halide systems.
